    • As already discussed, Lawyered offers and works on a ZERO SERVICE FEE for its Clients to be connected with the Platform Lawyers and ZERO COMMISSION from the Lawyers on the Participating Platform. Lawyered also runs an “ADVISORY” panel where free questions are posted from Clients. Any free answers by the lawyers from this platform do not establish Client- Lawyer relationship and are freely available and viewable by everyone. It depends on the Lawyer's availability and will answer any particular question only if they want to answer. Any particular lawyer cannot be forced to answer your query.

    • We also offer a “Talk to a Lawyer” option where a client has any general legal issue/query and wants to get it resolved by any practising Corporate Professional. Lawyered gets this resolved by connecting and acting as an intermediary to make both ends meet. Abiding by Rule 36 of Bar Council of India and Advocates Act, 1961,Lawyered is just an intermediary service to offer discoverability to Lawyers as no Service Fee is taken from the Client and it is totally a cost-free Platform for Clients making a footfall on the Website or using Electronic means to get connected to avail any legal help to choose or talk to any lawyer for their requirement. Also, ZERO Commission is charged by us from any Lawyer who registers on our Platform and becomes a Participating Platform Lawyer.

As the law says, "An Advocate shall not solicit work or advertise, except through a medium maintained by the Bar Council of India, either directly or indirectly, whether by circulars, advertisements, touts, personal communications, interviews not warranted by personal relations, furnishing or inspiring newspaper comments or producing his/her photographs to be published in connection with cases in which he/she has been engaged or concerned”.
