Lawyered, [Sproutech Solutions Private Limited] and their employees, agents and subsidiaries ("we") are providing Lawyered.in (the "Website") and related websites, newsletters, applications and other services to its users ("You") subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").
The legal professionals we connect you with through the Website will be referred to as “Participating Platform Lawyers” and the services we exclusively provide to you are referred to as “Platform Services”.
Lawyered is a discovery platform which connects the users with Participating Platform Lawyers and does not provide any direct legal services or legal advice and is not and does not claim to be a law firm.
Lawyered is not a legal referral service. While we make reasonable efforts to select and vet the Participating Platform Lawyers, we do not recommend any specific lawyer or Participating Platform Lawyer for any specific legal request. You acknowledge and agree that Lawyered does not select, endorse or recommend any individual lawyer or Participating Platform Lawyer and the selection and hiring of services of any Lawyer is at the sole discretion of the User
In accessing/using the Website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms, wherever applicable.
We, and our directors, employees, agents, suppliers, partners and content providers do not warrant that:

Basics of the Platform Services
In connection with using the Website to learn more about the Participating Platform Lawyers and schedule appointments with those Participating Platform Lawyers, you understand that:
All content submitted by users (collectively "User Content") is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such User Content. You represent that all User Content provided by you is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. We may use and distribute your User Content solely to provide Platform Services on your behalf or as required to be produced before any authority or court of law.
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, us, our affiliates and each of our and their respective employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of, or access to, the Website, Legal Services, Content, or otherwise from your User Content, or violation of these Terms, provided that any indemnity in this clause with regard to Legal Services excludes any aspect of the Legal Services that Lawyered does not and cannot access, including but not limited to privileged communications between you and your Participating Platform Lawyer. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
The Terms and the Website are governed by Indian law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without notice.
Entire Agreement and Severability
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us, including use of the Website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and us. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation.
These Terms are personal to you, and is not assignable, transferable or cannot be sub-licensed by you except with our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer or delegate any of our rights and obligations hereunder without your consent.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all notices under these Terms will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when received, if personally delivered or sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested; when receipt is electronically confirmed, if transmitted by facsimile or e-mail; or the day after it is sent, if sent for next day delivery by recognized overnight delivery service. Electronic notices should be sent to email@example.com.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms. Waiver of compliance in any particular instance does not mean that we will waive compliance in the future. In order for any waiver of compliance with these Terms to be binding, we must provide you with written notice of such waiver through one of our authorized representatives.
Lawyered does not provide any legal services and is not a law firm. We help you connect with Participating Platform Lawyers, but Lawyered does not give legal advice. We connect you with Participating Platform Lawyers, but Lawyered will never provide legal advice or any other legal analysis or assessment of your legal needs or requests.
Lawyered is not a legal referral service. While we make reasonable efforts to select and vet the Participating Platform Lawyers, we do not recommend any specific lawyer or Participating Platform Lawyer for any specific legal request. You acknowledge and agree that Lawyered does not select, endorse or recommend any individual lawyer or Participating Platform Lawyer. You acknowledge and agree that Lawyered does not decide the consideration/legal fees/charges that you pay to the Participating Platform Lawyers. You agree and acknowledge that the consideration/legal fees/charges to be paid to the Participating Platform Lawyers is a matter of negotiation between you and the Participating Platform Lawyers, and Lawyered does not have responsibility in reaching a consensus regarding the consideration/legal fees/charges.
Any chargeable services accessed by you or the Participating Platform Lawyer on the Website will be marked as chargeable. You must pay for such services being referred to as the "Paid Services".
Current Information Required: You must provide current, complete and accurate information for the payment account linked to your platform services account (your "billing account"). You must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date), and you must promptly notify us if your chosen payment provider (your "payment method)" is cancelled (e.g. for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your user name or password.
Changes to such information can be made through your account profile. If you fail to provide any of the foregoing information, you agree that we may continue charging you for any use of Paid Services under your billing account unless you have terminated your paid services.
The Participating Platform Lawyer agrees that he/she shall pay an amount as mentioned in our website at https://www.lawyered.in/are-u-a-lawyer/ taken in order to subscribe to the services provided by Lawyered.
The Participating Platform Lawyer agrees and acknowledges that the payment made to use the Platform Services will in no way be considered as advertisement for his/her legal services or solicitation of clients; and further agrees and acknowledges that the payment made for the Platform Services is solely for the purpose of access of the Website, use of Platform Services offered by Lawyered and client management.
Cancellation and Refund
Once the initial subscription fee has been charged, you have 14 days from this time to cancel your subscription to be eligible for a refund. Lawyered will retain 30% of the subscription fee (the “Administration Charges”) and refund the remaining 70%.
Note: If you do not cancel within the specified time period, you cannot request a refund in any case.
