Two agreements on same property

I work in a PSU and my company offers leased accommodation. I can find a flat for myself and company will pay the rent and deposits.Inorder for this there is a standard company format of non registered lease that needs to be signed with owner and company. I have found a flat for myself now and the owner has signed the standard format of non registered lease.Apart from this non registered standard lease, owner is now asking to sign another registered lease as well. The registered lease would have to be between me and owner as company does not sign any other documents apart from the standard lease format. My questions are: 1. What are the legal implications of having 2 documents on the same property? 2. Can I be the party in the registered lease when my company is the party in the non registered lease? 3. Which document would stand valid in case of a conflice?
