Seller has General Power Of Attorney but not included in the Saledeed

I have purchased a land from one Seller Mr 'X' 2008.Land belong to his Father who expired in 2005.He has got general Power Of Attorney from rest legal heirs, made in 2006 which authorizes him to make saledeed,to receive consideration,to buy stamp,to register in Sub Registrar Office and to issue ticket to Buyer in all properties of their Father. But Seller Mr 'X' has not mentioned about the GPA in the saledeed. Now as i am going for Sale,My Buyer says to correct it.So what is the best method to correct the same as rectification deed is not possible as it has certain restrictions to include only limited errors.
