I am a banker ; A borrower has come forward with a sale deed of a house where boundaries and seller's name is mentioned but survey number Is not mentioned. Borrower is Residing in same house and pays house tax. Mutation has also not been done. The seller is no more so rectification deed is not possible. Whether this property can be accepted as collateral and enforced under sarfaesi.
