Respected Sir A case of eviction suit had been pending in junior division. The case had been dismissed recently in favor of tenant junior division. Myself Landlord plaintiff side. The suit valuation is 12.000/- confirmed by junior division Judge. Premise value is 3.50.000/-. Can I file appeal high court? Will the case be accepted in high court?

Since the case has been dismissed by junior division judge, you may file an appeal against the order to appropriate authority, which may not necessarily be High Court.
