Hi, In principal, it looks good as you have explained the chain of documents. As the property got mortgaged with the Bank, the Bank might have done the due diligence in terms of title. In addition to that, you have to check with the concerned Bank for available documents in original with the Bank. And also ensure regarding latest e-Katha and Tax paid Receipts in the name of present owner. Please do find out in regard to on going litigation about the property, if any.
