Property Law

property registration by a gpa representative along with owners signs

Dear Sir/Madam, First of all greetings to all the law saviors and i wish the current pandemic goes away very soon and you all get enough duties to take over in live courts. My doubt is, recently my friend bought a plot in a dtcp venture in telangana. We got the sale deed copy and in that all the owners names are shown under vendors which looks good. but there is one more name beneath the owners name which was mentioned as ''our representative'' (it mean GPA Holder). The sale deed copy has all the owner signatures along with the gps sign as well. I searched the online EC and found that the EC copy showed all the owners names under EX and the GPA holder as the next name under EX along with my friend name as last name (recent buyer). My question to Law Gurus is, i heard that the property bought through GPA is not legal as per supreme court judgement . Will this apply to this case? or is it safe transaction only? please advise. Thank u all for advises and suggestion.
