Property litigation after purchase

I have a following situation which an example : I bought a property belongs to a dead person from her/his 2 Sons (There is a daughter which is not disclosed during the registration and i believed it). I Issued a public notice in local news paper before purchase but no one came to me or my advocate claiming the legal rights. After a year or 2, legal daughter of a dead person goes to court to claim the share. Whether I can win the case for sending the public notice before purchase? or irrespective of the public notice she can win the case because she proved that she is a legal daughter of deceased person. How can i deal with this kind of situation? My advocate told me that irrespective of public notice daughter can still claim the share and win the case. Please advice me.
