Part of Private Road convert to as land

16 cent land purchased by three individuals from owner X. Everyone got 5 cent of land. In Remaining 1 cent a private road is made to give access to thre plots. White colour shown is a private road which end(dead end)up at my house. This road is shared by two others but they are close to Panchayath road. This private road not possession by any of the house owner. The road land still in the possession of first owner X. car parking inside my compound could not be done due to lack of area to reverse and park. So I decided to park my vehicle on the road in front of my house gate. Since it is dead end no one to pass through only I planned this. But now the two neighbours coming for arguments that I cannot park the car on the road , since it is road. can I purchase the private road property from owner X and redefine the road, that is from dead end wall to my gate is my property and after that (remaining)to Panchayath road stand as private road. This is in Kerala
