New Property Registration

Hi I have recently purchased in Bangalore and as communicated by Builder it should be registered by March Month end. But they are now saying govt has increased the valuation rate and they re trying to decrease that which is delaying the registration even though the flats construction is ready. They are suggesting to pay all the legal charges to them and start interior. Is it fine to pay them all registration charges and take the key.

Don't pay anything before the registration. Get the registration done in respect of the flat and take key and thereafter pay the amount including the registration amount. Thank you.

As per settled principal of law if any agreement executed between you and builder in a such circumstances as per the agreement the builder should have to execute the sale deed in your
favour
