Now we the five grandchildren only are alive and we have to share the proceeds of my grandfather's house property. What will be the share % of all grand children ? After the death of my grandfather, my father and my paternal uncle done the mutation of house property in their name. But both of them are not alive now. How will the 5 grand children will share the sale proceeds of the house property. Please guide us.

Presuming you are a hindu, each grandchildren will take share from the part of property of their deceased father in equal part in case there is no window of the deceased men. If there is widow then she will also take a share in the part of their deceased husband.

Hi
You haven't mentioned your religion, what about mother?, since you have mentioned that mutation was done therefore the grandchildren have to take share to the extent of share their father had .

Sir, If mutation was not done by my father and my chacha, what would be % of share to the five children (1st son had 2 daughters and 2nd son had 3 children totalling 5)

We belong to Hindu religion. Both my parents and my parternal uncle (chacha) and aunty (chachi) are no more. We the children (five) are only alive. alive
