My grandfather(father’s father) purchased a property. He given the property to my father through the sale deed agreement. My grandfather has passed away . Now my father is saying he will give that property to my brother only. As a daughter can I have any right over the property based on hindu religion act?

Dear Madam,
According to Hindu Succession Act, you have every right over the property like your brother and you can very well make a claim or file a suit claiming your right.
For further clarifications if any, please do write to me @neenaperpetuac@gmail.com

Yes. You have a complete right to claim your share out of that property.
I'll provide you certain legal suggestions, but for that i need to ask certain questions from you. For any further assistance, feel free to contact me on my e-mail "shubhampabbiadv@gmail.com"
