Mothers property son daughter dispute

Sister is married 25 yrs before, 1 acer was given to her, later that was sold by dad and gave her money. Remaining father's ancestoral property was under control and enjoyment of father, but in documented (as seperated betwwen his brothers) and registered in 2012 stating these were under posession of my parents since 1987, this proprty was documented on mothers name during 2012. Sister has signed settlement deed in 2008 stating she will not claim any rights in Remaining property. Now mother expired intstate and sister is claiming 3rd part of whole property. Father, married Son and married daughter are alive. Will sister get share in whole property or property in mothers name? Though she signed the settlement deed in 2008 before property registered on mothers name.
