I have paid token amount of ₹50k against property of 30lakh. 10% is dp and 90% loan. The builder is giving edited cost sheet of 32lakh and refuses to provide an agreement with possession date mentioned. They say it is rera registered and possession will be in June. But cannot give it in writing. Is that ok? After i pay the remaining 2 lakh 50k dp what document should i get from the builder. Thank you
