Legal heir of deceased mother's property.

My mother (A) and father (B) purchased a property together, my mother's (A) share is 50%, my mother (A) passed away, father (B) is alive, I am the daughter (C) and I have a brother (D), which condition is true for the 50% share which my mother (A) owned? Equally divided between B,C,D Equally divided between C,D If Any other condition other than the above 2, please specify.
