In first place of it is a registered society then you will need society's No objection certificate in respect therein. Although I don't think you need any local permissions from civic body for renting your room to organizations like Airbnb but you may require to sign contract with Airbnb and your property would be treated as residential if the guests of Airbnb would occupy the property for residential purposes only even though for short spans but overall it may be stressful for you if at times depending on the guests and their general conduct or otherwise the society may find issues then you will have to be ready to manage the same. Lastly it is recommended that you put forth that police verification of such guests be conducted by Airbnb before accommodating them in your property in order to keep safe from your side. Thank you.
