Property Law

Is my brother absolute owner of this land?

My parents bought a agricultural land when my brother was a minor and they put his name as buyer. Our mother was appointed as guardian. Now parents are expired and my brother (who is 60 years old now and only his name appears on 7/12) is trying to sell this land. I want to know if my brother is absolute owner of this land or I can challenge this and ask for my share since we are hindu undivided family?
