I live in a big complex where there are 17 towers & 2084 flats in total four phases.
But we have common amenities like Community Halls, guest houses, club House, swimming pool, and playgrounds. And also 2 entry & exit gates.
But the problem is there is no unity between some towers like phase 1 dominated phase 2 I mean to say if a RWA is formed majority of the people from phase 1 want to dominate the RWA committee which maybe phase 4 towers willnt tolerate.
1. So simple question is CAN WE HAVE FOUR SEPARATE RWA FOR ALL THE FOUR PHASES IN ONE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX?
2. How to manage expenses on common properties shared like road, park, community hall in this scenario?
