Flat tenant refuses service charges, is abusive, noisy to neighbours.

Flat tenant on top floor refuses to pay monthly service charges, is abusive with foul language, creates fuss over trivialities, noisy behaviour e.g. attending online dance lessons by grown daughters, cares two hoots when notified of agony for senior ailing neighbours. does not care for the landlord as well. As secretary of building welfare(honorary body), I am facing extreme problems. kindly advise.

first refer to the rent agreement or get it reviewed by a lawyer who can find out if it has any termination clause. second consult a lawyer who will guide you with eviction suit as per the relevant law applicable in your case. third a criminal lawyer will help you find suitable criminal cases you can proceed with against such erring neighbours
