Property Law

Delhi

Hi, my father owned a property and after his demise the property was transferred to my mom and we made a reliquinshment deed (myself and my elder sister). however we are 3 children and the youngest one was a minor at that time in 2010. We were not aware of the exact laws. Now when my mother is trying to sell it, surviving member certificate is mandatory in which the name of 3 children are mentioned. But in reliquinshment deed only mine and my elder sister's names are mentioned. Pls advise
