delayed possession by builder

I had purchased an under construction property from a Builder in end of November for which he had committed possession first by end of Jan'21 and then said latest by Mar'21. Till date i have no idea on status on the project, whenever asked they say you will get possession in 15days. Now they have even stopped updating and are not even giving rent expense which i had told them to pay me incase of any delays. As browsed through the website i understand that only builder by way of application number can see the status of OC, is there a way that i will be able to know what the real situation is? Also what can be done to make builder pay rent exp to me as they are avoiding me for all responses? They had agreed to pay rent exp orally and was not agreement driven as they refused to mention Mar'21 as completion date in agreement and kept RERA date of Dec'21.
