can i evect my property from tenant for reconstruct my 42 years old property

My first question is [1] can i evect my property from tenant for reconstruct my 42 years old property ? and can i demand reconstruction cost from tenant or can i increase rent according to cost of reconstruction my second question is i have given my land to lease for 30 years and lease holder has made building on this plot on 1980 and he has given property on rent to various parties. now after 42 years as lease deed has completed 30 years, can i evect my property from lease holder and his sub-rent holder.
