with the husband dying interstate the property devolves as per the law of succession and the children gets an equal share in the property along with the widow in case of hindu family. if so is the case then the mother cannot alienate the right of the children over the property except for the benefit of the children acting as the natural guardian of the children if the children are not yet adult.

Hello

Husband could have done for his self acquired properties so now children’s have vested interest in his property you cannot disown for late husband property
