My apartment consist of 640 units and builder has built 640 covered car parking +157 open area parkings. The parkings are part of building plan and occupation certificate.
Now builder is selling open area parkings to units which he selling now (estimate 30 unit sales). I have written to builder stating infringement into rights conferred. The builder is choosing to not respond to repeated emails requesting factual position.
Now that association is not formed, how can we ensure builder is not selling open area car parkings?
