Builder is harressing me. I am the only daughter of my parents

My mom passes away in 2005 and my dad pass away in 2019.we are staying in pagadi house since bldg has gone in re development process.the landlord and tenant had sign the 1st deed for re development with the builder,and that was signed with my dad.we are three tenants,in that one itself is the builder too.and forth is father has made a notarized will that I am the only daughter,she owns whole n soul landlord had passes away few moths after my dad.then I had given a consent letter to my landlord son on his father's name(bcoz still the rent was going on his father's name)I am single daughter n my mom n dad hv expired with death certificate n know I am liable for rent and everything on my flat.his son signed and gave me.the contract what was made with builder n my dad ,the builder is not ready to gv the rent amount,corpus amount ,not ready to gv on paaa written, has put clause 3% vary in carpet area will giving flat should be beared my the tenant (ours is not 517 carpet area and he has finalized with dad on deed to give 775 carpet area).he is harressing me to agree all his terms. he asking succession certificate,do I need or will n other proof is ok .

Succession is only required for movable property , he is unnecessary harassing you, send legal notice .
