Biased judgment by district court judge

Lower court judge gave biased judgment with a wording as Release deed is valid despite it is unregistered, there is no time limit to go for specific performance as per 53-A of TPA. Moreover he failed to peruse deposition of respondent that is why i have to wait for 18 years to get success in appeal. There is evidences to prove biased judgment. How can i move? "Moreover in judgment it is mentioned as Lower court had travelled much beyond the pleadings and had commented upon release deeds which were not part of the records at all"
