SC On Loan Moratorium: Hearing Of Petitions Seeking Interest Waiver To Resume Today

The Supreme Court on December 2 heard petitions seeking interest waiver during the loan moratorium period. The bench comprising of Justices Ashok Bhushan, R Subhash Reddy and MR Shah will resume the hearing on December 3. Senior lawyer Ravindra Srivastava, representing an industry group, to SC.
