Passenger hit by train while crossing railway track in absence of foot over bridge entitled to compensation: Bombay High Court

The Bombay High Court recently held that if a passenger, who is forced to cross railway track to exit the station due to the absence of a foot over bridge (FOB) gets hit by a train, he would be entitled to compensation under the Railways Act.
