Civil court lacks jurisdiction to decide on person's citizenship; only central government can determine: Gujarat High Court

The Gujarat High Court has reiterated that a civil court lacks jurisdiction to entertain and decide questions about the citizenship of a person, and only the Central government is empowered to determine the same.
