SC To Hear Chhatisgarh Govt's Plea For Witness Exam On 'Jheeram Ghati' Naxal Attack

The Supreme Court said it would hear on September 29 the plea of Chhattisgarh government against the refusal for examining of additional witnesses by the Judicial Commission set up to probe the 2013 Jheeram Ghati naxal attack in which in which 29 people, including leaders of state Congress, were killed.

Delhi HC Asks Police Chief To Break Honey Trap Web

Alexandra Wilson, put in a complaint and spoke of her frustration about the incident on Twitter. Her tweets, which quickly went viral, resulted in an apology by the head of the courts service in England and Wales.

Team Sent To Retrieve Bodies Of Maoists On HC Order

To implement the high court order to retrieve the dead bodies of three Communist Party of India (Maoists) to perform re-post mortem examination, Bhadradri-Kothagudem police have sent different teams of policemen into the interior forest area to bring the dead bodies. Fearing the risk of Maoists attacking the police, utmost care is being taken by police to reach out the interior places.
