sole proprietor to incorporation

I have travels businesss . one f my bus met with accident injuring some passengers during time of accident no insurance. can i transfer my business to my sisters incorporation to avoid compensation by injured passengers

Not to have insurance is an offence under MV Act and as accident happened it fetches criminal charges as well. You can transfer your business but this will not save you. For further assistance contact in person with full details of your case.
