For appropriate legal advice, I need to look into the clauses of rent agreement.
But generally, the one month notice period is calculated as per the date you wish to leave the rented premises.
Suppose you started renting the place from 01.11.2022 and after 15 days you wish to leave the place, so you may give your advance notice on 16.11.2022 and leave the premises by 15.12.2022.
Again, it depends on the terms of the Rent Agreement.
