My mother did not receive any information regarding to sanction of family pensio

My father is a rly pensioner he has expired on last month my mother applied for family pension she submittted all documents in canara bank they are not upload details in arpan portal last week I went to frm office ask about status of my mother application they said canara bank cppc did not upload your details so we can not process your father and mother details

can send a legal notice to the bank to upload the details and then file a case in CAT impleading the bank and the railway to get the pension released to your mother .
