elder daughter is alive one son is alive younger daughter died son wants the property should be transferred to him elder daughter has no objection in transferring the property in the name of his brother the younger daughters has two sons and her husband alive how to proceed in the matter

When the owner of the property is alive, the property may be transferred in any manner as the owner wishes. However, the property should be self-acquired by the owner. If the property is ancestorial, only the share of the owner may be transferred to others.
