I got scammed from lenovo company.

I got a lenovo thinkpad with accidental damage protection, which was fixed last time on 9th of the june 2016 and i asked for warranty services again in feb. but the tech who came to replace the part said the serial number is not matching with the part. and din't fixed problems on my laptop and then i dig up what's the actual reason i got to know from there tech support that after 9th june 2016 there was two more service request and last service request was in Jan and i also got from there the cellphone number and email is not matching with any of my cell number and email address. And now they are denying to repair my laptop i need to take legal action against them

Hi, this is a clear cut case of you having been cheated (without or with the connivance of the Lenovo showroom personnel or service centre, etc.). You need to file an FIR under the IPC as well as the Information Technology Act. You need to also send a legal notice to the company to renew your warranty contact as well as compensate for damages.
