Husband sells property after the death of his wife but he missed to mention his minor kids details in the sale deed while selling the property. After his sale, there are multiple sale deed executed. Now the person who is buying would face any issue as its an open site/ready to construct site? Is it safe to go ahead and purchase this property?

There shouldn't be an issues, but you may once get the Agreement to Sell draft vetted/checked, along with all the other previous documents on record.
