Housing society has closed the gym citing reasons pertaining to coronavirus. BMC

Housing society has closed the gym citing reasons pertaining to coronavirus. BMC issued SOPs do not mention and/or direct housing societies (including ones classified as containment zones and new SOPs effective 14th April 2021) to close their gym facilities. I had ACL (knee ligament) surgery and absolutely have go use the gym equipment to recover from surgery. What to do? My father is the owner of the flat and I too have the gym membership. Technically, do I not have fractional ownership of the gym and have every right to use it unless there’s a law/SOP directing the society to close it? There’s a back way to the gym (main entrance is closed) and I can go from there but some guard/resident can see me sneak in or just come inside the gym - do I not have every right to enter the common area property as I deem fit?
