I had bought one builder floor which has 4 floor. UG , 1st ,2nd & 3rd. 3rd is mine with roof right. As per registry Ground floor is meant for Stilt parking. but builder has sold it last year. i had argued & has WhatsApp communication as well with him.
Secondly he kept original Property chain documents with him. has only given registry of the property he has sold to us. since he has already sold every property along with illegal stilt parking floor he has not right to keep document with him.
