General Advice

Customer Paid for 10K products delivery not taken since from the booking date.

Now he needs money back. I spent his money I don't have even single penny. What is your suggestions for refunding his money.

This is a case where he is committing breach of a contract. In that case, you can always been the money paid by him but only to the extent to cover the expenses made by you in relation to this contract. The concept of unjust enrichment shall apply and you should return the excess amount after deducting the expenses incurred by you.
