Startup: Violation of Contract and NDA by an employee

We hired an employee to raise one of our vertical on revenue sharing model being a startup company. All expenses including her compensation were to account under the vertical head and it was agreed that if she resigns before one year she would makeup for all the losses. To give her initial support company agreed to compensate her with fixed amount for 3 months duly debited under vertical head. She failed miserably and vanished after taking her 3rd month salary by promising that she will get success. Later on giving her show cause notice she resigned. She also took some company property with her. Now when we asked her to balance out the losses and return property she has refused. She has also violated NDA. Please advice how we can proceed and recover our losses.
