Resignation during Probation Period

I have joined the company on 15th March. I am under probation period of 6 months. In offer letter I received it is written that "You agree that in the event of you deciding to separate from services, under any circumstances, during the Probation period, an amount equal to Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) would be withheld, adjusted, or paid upon in the full & final settlement to x co. as cost incurred for onboarding, training & development, and other miscellaneous expenses." And in employee handbook that I received says that every employees shall give at least 2 month notice period. So I want to know that since I am on probation so 2 month notice clause will be applicable on me or by paying 30000 Rs I can be relieve.

Hey,
You will have to give 2 months prior notice as agreed and other than that since the probation period is not yet over, the 30,000rs money would probably be adjusted with your upcoming salary.
