Hi Team, This is Sreenivas. I got rejected by Coal India on Medical Grounds that i didn't mention my abnormality on applying the job. I am PWD Candiadte which i took that Visual Handicapped certificate on my 16 years old mentioned that i have 40 percent. But i consulted with opthamologist before applying PSU Jobs and he suggested that i am eligible for 30 Percent. But If i use that abnormality certificate it will be a Punishable offence as per law. So I applied under OBC Category and got selected. But they are saying that " I Concealed the facts of my abnormality and i don't have no right to apply for the job also". I applied for Finance & Accounts Discipline which is purely a Non Technical Job. But as per PWD 2006 GOI mentioned VH Category "May be considered for Management Trainee Accounts". But 7 th Jan 2021 GOI provided clear guidelines that VH must be considered for Management Trainee Accounts. I didn't applied for PWD just because of i don't want to commit a crime. but this only creating a problem to me now. Please help me for getting the job.
