I am working as senior resident doctor in a government medical college, Rajasthan. It's a contractual post on yearly basis. Here, female senior residents are allowed maternity leave according to RSR 103. There is also provision of paternity leave to male probationers according to RSR 103A but nothing clearly written about contractual posts. Am I allowed paternity leave benefit? On verbal communication, clerk denied it.
