Notice period in office

I got a new job with better pay. In my current company offer letter the word was mention like " The company expects that you will continue your employment with the company for a minimum of 18 months from end of the probation period.".. I don't want to work Here any more. Now this company is forcing me to work till completion of 18 months which is Dec 2022.. Note : I didn't sign any bond of agreement

if you do not need anything like salary due or any certificate held in lien by the company then you can stop going to the company and also stop worrying about any legal consequences because first the legal expenses is exorbitant for the company to pursue and the term is clearly not in favour of the company going for a legal recourse.
