Notice Pay and Recovery

As per my contract my notice period is of 90 days in an MNC and no where in the contract it’s written I have to pay to the employer my notice pay; if I don’t serve the notice period. I have given them a specific notice of not serving after 15 days due to personal issues. I do not want their relieving and experience letter and I do not want to show it as my employment organisation as well. What are the legalities in this case.
