Need to know the legal consequences in case of not serving notice period

Hi, I've joined an organisation on 1st July and serving as a contractual employee. In the agreement, there is a mention of 1 month written notice period. I want to leave the organization due to further studies and want consult what will be the legal charges if I don't serve my notice period.

Hi, Serving notice period as per the Agreement is mandatory but in most companies, the practice is that if you can not serve the notice period, you have to compensate the company with an amount equal to one month's salary. However, the agreement has to be reviewed in detail.
