My previous employer didn't pay me the last month salary.

I'm Software engineer, recently switched my job with new employer. I relieved from my previous company by serving 3 months notice period as per the policy and I received resignation acceptance letter with mentioning my last working day. Now they are not paying my last month salary instead they are mentioned some amount as deductions in payslip of as recovery of cost incurred for VISA process as it was initiated by them for business requirement. Is it legal as per Indian labor act to recover the cost of VISA which was initiated by employer for business purpose? Could you please advice me how to get paid my last month salary along with my service letter.

No it is not legal to deduct unintimated charges from FnF settlement. Please share your employment agreement and other details on below given contact to proceed further in the matter.
