My employer terminated me for not having an android phone.

My employer terminated me after 11 days for not having an android phone, it was not mentioned on job requirements as well as they didn’t asked during interview as well. Not they are not even paying me for my 11 days of work. I suppose to get my termination letter by 28th of april but didn’t receive it and salary by 3rd of may. But non of that happen. I had a word with HR as well aa with company owner but still no response from them.

You can serve your employer with a legal notice to begin with and then take the next course of action of filing a case against them if they do not respond positively to the notice. I can help you with both if you want and for that my contact number is 9013429126
