Sir there is a rule of law. Your process of communicating something is complete once it comes to the knowledge of the acceptor. and in your case, i don't think you can revoke back.
I approached the office of competent authority just after 3 days of relieving and submitted request to cancel relieving. Till then it was not accepted in his office. Lien means write of a confirmed employee to join back.
