I have put down paper and employer is not leaving her even after serving notice period . I am pregnant and it is causing problems to me

Hey,

Your employment contract terms need to be perused before advising however, if you have served your notice period and there are no further impediments as per the terms of the contract, then you can send a legal notice to them that you haver served notice period and that you e relieved within 5 days failing which legal proceedings will be initiated against them.
